Natalie De Diego is a director/writer with an editing/producing background in documentaries where she has been working for over a decade. Her work has played on various platforms including HBO, CNN, Amazon and Netflix. The diversity of her work - from historical to character study to eclectic sports - have allowed her to hone her skills as a storyteller.

Her work includes - CNN's The Eighties, The Nineties, The Movies and Hulu’s Trap Jazz and Dirty Talk. In 2017, her episodes of CNN's History of Comedy screened at Sundance. In 2020, she was nominated for a Sports Emmy for Netflix's We are the Champions. In 2022, The Way Down, had the biggest debut of any docu-series for HBO Max before then. Her short film Every Night at 3:30 premiered at Hollyshorts in 2023. Her second short, Prick, premiered at the LA Shorts Film Festival in 2025 and won Best Drama at the LIFE film festival in 2026.
